Music at the Taylor Theater Continues!

Join us on Saturday, April 1st at 7PM for a perfromace from Star People

In April 1983, Miles Davis released his classic recording "Star People" which extended his dive into experimentation with electric instruments and pushed the boundaries of what a modern jazz group could sound like. The Kenan Center presents the WNY band Star People (from which their name originated from) on April 1, 2023. They will be performing the music of Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers with:

Tim Clarke - Trumpet

Andy Weinzler - Tenor Saxophone

John Hasselback - Trombone

George Caldwell - Piano

Joe Goehle - Bass

John Bacon - Drums
